1. Define what the site must accomplish
Each page needs an intended audience and a useful next action: inquiry, call, booking or project discovery. Visual polish alone cannot fix an unclear journey.
2. Start with mobile
Test navigation, button sizes, labels and error messages on narrow screens. Follow the entire inquiry flow and keep heavy assets under control.
3. Design for failures and data safety
Where does an inquiry go? How is submission confirmed? What happens when an API fails? Use server-side validation, spam protection and transparent personal-data practices.
4. Plan search visibility at design time
Give distinct services unique pages and useful text. Prepare descriptive titles, canonicals, sitemaps, internal links and hreflang for genuine translations.
5. Run acceptance tests
Verify small-screen and desktop journeys, keyboard accessibility, errors, links, email handling and forms before and after launch.
